vintage frock.

Anyone who knows me knows my obession with vintage or vintage style dresses. I have lots of dresses and I wear them all. I’ve bought them from second hand shops, new shops and ebay and I remember where each one came from. The dress area of our walk in robe grows slowly from year to year as I hardly ever get rid of any of them. That’s the beauty of vintage….it’s timeless. Our friend Fiona has told me many times I was born in the wrong era
…I’d have to agree.
I *may* also be slightly guilty of inflicting this style upon my daughter….there’s something so extra-adorable about minature vintage frocks. A little while back Jen and I went to the Mathilda’s market and I found a stall where a lady made little girls’ dresses out of vintage bed sheets. D-VINE. Raggedy Ann and Andy and Holly Hobbie came home with me and Raggedy Ann was an instant favourite. If I open the cupboard and say “which one”, it’s always “raggedy”.
Well, if you insist baby girl. ![]()
